WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

A.

Any order placed before 4:00 PM will ship out that same day via UPS Ground, as long as we have the item in stock. Shipments going to most parts of Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa can expect next-day delivery.

CAN I OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH AES LAWNPARTS?

A.

Absolutely. Please download the AES LawnParts Dealer Account Application and send it to our office via fax or by mail. You can fax your completed application to 1-800-754-0121. If you choose to mail your completed application, address it to 1651 East Kansas City Road Olathe, KS 66061. Finally, you may also email your completed application to applications@lawnparts.com if you wish.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. On Saturdays during the months of April, May, June, and July, we are open from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.

HOW DO I CONTACT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE?

Accounts receivable can be reached during our regular business hours by calling (913) 254-2686.

I AM A CONSUMER. AM I ABLE TO ORDER DIRECTLY FROM AES LAWNPARTS?

Although we specialize in distribution, we are happy to take orders directly from consumers. Call or visit our retail store at 1651 E Kansas City Rd in Olathe, KS for all of your outdoor power equipment, parts, and accessories needs.

DOES AES LAWNPARTS PERFORM REPAIRS ON LAWN EQUIPMENT?

We do not perform repairs on any machinery here at AES LawnParts, but we do have a warehouse of more than 40,000 outdoor power equipment parts and accessories, so we may have just the part you need to complete your repairs!

HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE DEALER PORTION OF YOUR WEBSITE?

If you have not already obtained a password for the dealer portal, send an email to support@lawnparts.com providing the name of your business and your customer number. You will receive a response email with your password included. You may then proceed to the portal login and enter the password in the appropriate field.

HOW DO I CHECK STOCK ON AN ITEM?

Dealers can check the status of our stock items by using the Persona System or My Codis Access. Find out more on these two options by visiting our online ordering page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

A.

Orders placed as late as 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground (in Nebraska and Iowa we also use ASAP Express). Most points in Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa can expect next-day delivery on in-stock items.

CAN I SEE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

A.

Look at the bottom of your order invoice, where you will find a tracking number. From there, you can track your shipment via UPS.com. For lawn mower parts and other accessories that are on backorder, call AES LawnParts at (913) 254-2600 and a member of our customer service team can help you to determine how long it may take us to get the part you need.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We are happy to accept payment via check or money order, as well as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash at our retail location in Olathe.
